Exchange & Store Credit Policy
By placing an order with Kassima Modesty, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Exchange & Store Credit Policy.
At Kassima Modesty, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your dress, you may request an exchange.
We currently do not offer returns or refunds to the original payment method. Eligible items may only be exchanged through the issuance of store credit in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Free of stains, markings, makeup, perfume, smoke, or other scents
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please complete the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at kassimamodesty@gmail.com.
Please ensure that you have reviewed this policy and meet all eligibility requirements before submitting your request.
Items returned without prior authorization from Kassima Modesty will not be accepted.
Once your exchange request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 business days. Failure to ship the item within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the exchange authorization.
Store Credit
Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved in accordance with this policy, store credit will be issued.
Store credit:
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Cannot be refunded to the original payment method
- Is non-transferable
- May only be used toward future purchases from Kassima Modesty
Please allow sufficient time for inspection and processing once your package has been delivered to us.
Store credit will not include any shipping charges originally paid on the order.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, any applicable store credit issued may be reduced by the shipping costs incurred by Kassima Modesty for the original shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
Kassima Modesty does not provide free return shipping for exchanges.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items, including shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other applicable charges.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kassima Modesty is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Final Sale Items
All sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
This includes, but is not limited to, items purchased during:
- Ramadan sales
- Eid sales
- Black Friday sales
- Clearance events
- Promotional sales
- Any other discounted or sale event
Items that are discounted after the original purchase date are not eligible for price adjustments, partial store credit, or reimbursement of any kind.
International Exchanges
All duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned international packages are properly labeled as:
"Returned Goods – No Commercial Value"
Any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges incurred as a result of an improperly declared return shipment will remain the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any applicable store credit.
By placing an international order, customers agree to be solely responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other import-related charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
Failure or refusal to pay duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges does not constitute cancellation of the order, as the order has already been fulfilled and shipped.
Orders that are refused by the customer, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned due to non-payment of duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, failure to collect the package, or incorrect address information provided by the customer will be subject to deduction of all associated shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other costs incurred by Kassima Modesty from any applicable store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at kassimamodesty@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
Please include photographs and a detailed description of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.
Additional Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled once they have been placed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and transportation of the package are under the control of the carrier.
Any questions or concerns regarding shipping, delivery, customs processing, carrier delays, or package tracking should be directed to the shipping carrier responsible for the shipment.
Kassima Modesty is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
