Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Weekends and statutory holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The time it takes to deliver your package depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times. During sales events or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or periods of high shipping volume.

Kassima Modesty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Kassima Modesty is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, misdelivered, returned, or otherwise affected due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery & Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and transportation of the package are under the control of the carrier.

Please ensure that you are available to receive your package at the time of delivery. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the security of the package rests with the recipient. Kassima Modesty is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Any issues or concerns relating to delivery should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier responsible for your shipment.

International Shipping

Prices displayed on our website do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other import-related charges that may be imposed by your destination country or shipping carrier.

By placing an international order, customers agree to be solely responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other import-related charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. Kassima Modesty does not collect, determine, or control these charges and does not benefit from them in any way.

International customers are responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other charges required for customs clearance and delivery of their package. For additional information regarding these charges and accepted methods of payment, please contact your local customs office or shipping carrier.

Please note that customs authorities have the right to inspect, delay, hold, release, or refuse entry of any shipment. Kassima Modesty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or decisions made by customs authorities. Any customs-related inquiries should be directed to your local customs office.

Failure or refusal to pay duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges does not constitute cancellation of the order, as the order has already been fulfilled and shipped in accordance with the customer's purchase.

If customs charges are refused, the shipment may be delayed, abandoned, destroyed, or returned to Kassima Modesty, depending on the decision of the carrier and customs authorities.

Orders that are refused by the customer, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned due to non-payment of duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, failure to collect the package, or incorrect address information provided by the customer may be subject to deduction of all associated shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other costs incurred by Kassima Modesty from any applicable store credit issued in accordance with our Exchange & Store Credit Policy.
